Choosing wood means choosing responsibility
Wood is at the heart of all Aviendo designs. It is a natural material that ages beautifully, develops character over time, and allows us to create objects designed to last for generations.
Our approach
The wood used in our collections are sourced from suppliers working with forests in Europe and North America. These forests are FSC-certified, and the wood is sourced through certified forestry operations.
Building a certified supply chain
While the materials and packaging we use originate from certified sources, Aviendo is currently in the process of establishing its own FSC Chain of Custody certification as the next step in strengthening the traceability of our supply chain.

THE PRODUCTION
Every piece begins in Denmark and is brought to life in collaboration with our highly experienced partner in Dongcheng, Dongguan, one of China's historic woodworking clusters.
What began as a small local woodworking workshop has grown into a specialised manufacturer with deep experience in high-quality woodworking. While the company has grown over the years, its foundation remains the same.
